Is there parking available?

Yes, you may park in the driveway or anywhere on the street following the city by-laws.

What time can I get my hair done?

Our hours of operation are:
Mon – Wed: 9am – 9pm
Thurs/Fri: 9am – 7pm
Sat: 10am – 3pm
Sun & Holidays: Closed

We will strive to accommodate your schedule.

How far in advance and how can I book my appointment?

Evenings and weekend appointments get filled more quickly than other times.
To secure your preferred appointment time it is best to pre-book your next appointment before checking out. You may also book by calling or text messaging 905-925-VIBE(8423). Please refrain from inquiring about appointment times by email.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

To serve you most efficiently, please refrain from emailing cancellations. Cancellations cannot be made online. Please call or text or leave a voicemail for cancellations. A 24 hour cancellation notice is much appreciated.

When arriving for my appointment should I enter or ring the bell?

Once you have parked, please enter to the left of the house, through the gate, to the side Salon entrance and kindly ring the bell.

How can I pay for my services?

We gladly accept Cash, Debit, Visa, or Mastercard.
